Wooly-necked Stork

Wolly-necked Stork -- in Hindi ((( SAfed Gardan Laklak ) The neck looks kike a woolen mufler, so the identification is based on that, size appros 75-92, height 106 cm. U may find it in agricultural areas, wetland and drying lake, pond and wetland where it seaeches for fish and frogs. Unfortunately in this photo they are trying to find out fish ,frogs in sewage drain. I see and feel pity for our mistake/ attitude towards nature and unscientific planning.  == Photo Najafgarh drain 8th March 2015
