Black shoulderd kite is avery beautiful bird in the category of predaters. U can see it near agricultural land , ssearching mice, snakes,lizards, it does not like forest. I have noticed the bird near Dwarka Sec 24,Aravali Bio -Diversity Park and near Najafgarh Drain= Photo March 2013, Delhi as Well as Bhiwadi
