Hoopoe and drongo

Two different bird  I am still trying to find the name of Black Bird. 2nd week of Jan 2012, Shantivan near Rajghat . You shall be glad to see winter visitors { BIRDS}

    Might be a juvenile crow. Check the two links. Compare beak and colour and eye.
